Abstract

The objective of this paper is to report the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the “Power System Week” held on December 2nd, 3rd and 4th of 2015, celebrating ten years of the Technology Course in Energy Systems of the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC). The event was a result of an extension project and was attended by several participants from different areas of the Brazilian electricity sector, and course graduates who shared their professional experiences and reported about the period when they were students of the course. The event was evaluated by the community and the level of satisfaction was very positive.
